Fun!

One day mom, Mae & I went to Great Falls alone. Etta & Grandpa were doing "farm things". Mae really enjoyed being able to play on her own without competition.

Day Out

We spent a day in Great Falls and enjoyed ourselves.
Lunch at The Dog House. Etta ate a hotdog, Mae ate french fries. I never order them separate meals...
Went to Gibson Park to feed the ducks, geese, seagulls, etc.

Most of the birds were very aggressive. The geese were hissing and everyone was crowding. And see that big white swan in the front? We watched it drown a duck. No kidding. It was disturbing.

Bath Night

It's been warm here. (Not that it hasn't been warmhot everywhere...) We have a few different fans running throughout the house. But this fan has been Mae's favorite. And before her bath one night she was taking full advantage.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh........

Post bath snuggles with Grandpa.

Getting lotion on her back. Her very favorite part.

What about my hair, Grandma? It's totally stylin'.

Playtime

Mom took these pics in the wrestling room at open gym Thursday night. The last open gym. The girls had so much fun just running and running and running. Why oh why did we wait until the very last night to take them in?

Mostly blurry because they are all action shots!!!

Uncle Erik!

Who's the favorite uncle? From these pics it's not hard to tell.

Soaking up the sweet sounds of the Great Falls Municipal Band Concert.

This was flying back and forth over head throughout the concert. Etta said, "My Aunt Molly does that!" Well, kind of I guess...but not really.

Fire!

Last night Dad and Erik got called out to fight fire. I could see the glow from the house but Mom wanted to go take pictures. I don't remember there ever being a fire like this in my life time. Scary!

On reflection Mom thinks this is a fence line on fire.

The fire starting to turn on itself.

Mom's favorite. If you click on it to make it bigger you can see the fence along the bottom.

Etta and Dirk

As we were driving into Bozeman on Sunday night Etta told Mae, "Wait until we get to see Dirk and Dara, they are SO MUCH FUN!" Etta loves Dirk and sure didn't mind tagging along.

Etta is hauling the bread to feed the ducks on the MSU campus.
