When asked, Etta always says that she is going to play the tuba in band. We can always hope. I had a student playing the recording bass (tuba) in band this year. When the year was over we brought it home. Etta can make a sound on it (probably better than I can) but gets very frustrated because she can't push the buttons and blow at the same time...
If you are wondering - the bell is missing. The recording bass is so big that it has two huge cases with the separate parts. She really doesn't know the difference...

Wow Etta! I think you are the youngest tuba player ever! Brooke always wants to go see the tubas at her daddy's band room too but when asked what instrument she wants to play... DRUMS! Her mommy and daddy say once she masters four mallet marimba, it's okay. :)
