2 For 1

Lena loves the hose. Etta loves the hose. What could be easier?

Gearing up.

Helping daddy hook up the hose.

First spray.

Time for a drink!

So. Much. Fun.

For a comparison of one year ago...

Non-Etta post

Here is one of the non-Etta posts that I was talking about. Just testing out the new camera on what I had available.

My dad making bales in our yard.

Another scenery shot. Exciting, isn't it? I don't think that I'll quit my day job and become a photographer...

And since our real child has replace our first "child" in most pictures...

Tubs.

Training Her Up Right

Got to learn the important life skills early.

Like card playing.

Never count your money when you're sittin' at the table...

Okay, I've got my drink, right?

[First pic was with the flash, second without.]

MT Grandma's Girl

MT Gram actually took this pic with her new camera. As you can tell, she is definitely a better photographer than I am! Hence why she got the camera...

MT Gram's hat that Etta wore to feed the pigs when going with Baba Eddie. And she is eating the bread that she wanted to "take on the woad". But the first time she tried it, "Wena ate the bwead!!! WWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

30 Weeks

Getting bigger...

Learning at the Interpretive Center

After story time we headed down to the BLM Interpretive Center to visit our friend Connie. There are some pretty fun animals in there and a few buttons to push.

Push dat one, daddy.

Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrroarrrrrrrrrrr.

Outside looking toward the river.

My turn to push the buttons. (Doesn't Etta look SO OLD in this pic?)

I can drive the steam boat!

Summer Reading

[The next few posts will have pictures that I took using my mom's new camera. It is WAY too much camera for me...I was just using the "point and shoot" setting. So there will be some pictures of Etta and some . . . not . . .]

Etta has constantly been asking to go to "Grandma's Library". I love that she knows my mom works at a library and actually wants to go there. For as much as we go to our library, and as much as we sing, and as much as we play with other kids - she is still pretty shy when we get in that group. Hopefully that will change as she gets older.

Time for the library!

Watching the first story.

Saying "hi" to the birds.

The library turtle.

Getting the headphones ready for some Sesame Street.

Enthralled.
